So, I've decided that looking at the amount of calories burned is ridiculous. Granted, it doesn't take into account your fitness level, weight, etc but the bike said I burned 200 calories.
Wait, what!?
ONLY 200 calories? I was on that damn thing for 45 minutes. And the trip thingy said 17.3 miles. Further more, my ass hurts. So really? Only 200 calories? WTF?
I've decided I won't look at the calories burned. It's WAY more impressive to say I biked 17.3 miles today.
I run into the same issue all the time with my pedomenter....I just ran 3 miles and burned a measly 340 calories? Are you kidding me...as I wring out my hair and towel off the sweat before getting IN the shower....
