12.  That is the number of complete sit-ups I did last night.  I'm feeling pretty damn proud of myself considering I couldn't even do one when I started.  I'm still following the rest of the amount up with the crunches, but I'm getting better and better at it.

Tonight for dinner I've got smoked salmon and reduced fat Triscuits.  Yum!

    1. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait until I get home from work to add some veggies. The Pilot across the street does not stock salad.
